Yes. If you manage 5 units or fewer, you never pay. It's the full product, not a trial — every core feature is included.
How does paid billing work?
Flat monthly pricing by unit range: Starter ₱299/month covers up to 15 units, Growth ₱799/month up to 40. No setup fee, no lock-in, cancel anytime and your data stays exportable. Managing 40+ units? Email us for custom pricing (~₱20/unit).
Do my tenants pay anything?
Never. Tenants always use Renthuzz free — their portal, payment uploads, and receipts cost them nothing.
What happens if I go over my plan's unit limit?
Nothing breaks. We'll ask you to move to the next tier to keep adding units, but your existing data and tenants keep working as-is.
