No. Renthuzz runs in the browser on any phone. Tenants get an invite link, set a password, and they're in.

Can I manage more than one building?

Yes — Pro supports multiple properties with a switcher, per-property billing settings, and combined reporting.

What about utilities and penalties?

Add water, electricity, parking, and misc line items to any bill. Set penalty rules once (fixed, % per day, or flat %) and overdue bills apply them automatically.

Is it available in Filipino?
