Verify before you record

A screenshot is a claim, not a payment. Before marking anything paid, check the reference number against your actual GCash transaction history. Fake and edited receipts are rare among long-term tenants — but a workflow where every proof gets eyeballed before it counts protects you without accusing anyone.

Never mark a bill paid on memory
